Child care assistance

We welcome families receiving assistance. Are you eligible? As a member of the U.S. Military, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. National Park Services, or U.S. General Services Administration, fee assistance may reduce your child care costs. Reach out to your branch for eligibility requirements. And learn more about military child care assistance here: 

Ready to start with MCCYN?

Your local school director can help walk you through the application process. It’s simple:

  1. Create an account at MCCYN.com to verify your family’s eligibility. Already registered with MCCYN? Skip to step 2.
  2. Find your Learning Care school by selecting “MCCYN providers” to browse approved centers near you. When you find the best fit, submit the application.
  3. Schedule a tour with the director at your local school. If the nearest location to you isn’t listed as approved, don’t worry. Contact the school director for more information.
  4. Accept your assistance offer from MCCYN and let us know you’re ready. Our school can coordinate with MCCYN to finalize all the details and get you started.
  5. Stay current with your funding after enrollment by submitting for renewal 4 to 6 weeks before funding expires and staying in contact with MCCYN to track your status.
